Subscription Refund Policy:
We are certain that your FRAUDFacts subscription will enlighten you, entertain you, and provide you with valuable information to protect yourself, your family, your employees, and your clients to defend against and resolve fraud. However, please recognize that our primary "product" is expert knowledge and information, which due to its nature, cannot be returned once it has been provided. For this reason, FRAUDFacts subscription fees are non-refundable. Depending upon the type of subscription you have, your subscription fees may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant or accountant for advice on this issue.
Product Return Policy:
Unopened products that are purchased directly from FRAUDFacts, Inc. may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Defective products purchased and delivered directly from FRAUDFacts, Inc. can be returned for a replacement product.
Products purchased through outside companies, advertisers, and vendors are subject to the return policies and procedures of the respective organization from which you purchased the product. You will need to contact that organization directly to inquire about or complete a product return.
To return unopened and undamaged products purchased directly from FRAUDFacts, Inc. within the last 30 days, or to return a defective product for replacement, please securely package the product and mail to:*
