Tenant and Rental History Reports
Question: I own my own home and do not rent. Should I still request my tenant and rental history reports?
Answer: Yes. Ordering and reiewing copies of these reports annually may help you to identify the activities of an identity thief that has rented a home or apartment using your name and information, as well as the location of that activity. This type of information will not generally show up in your credit report, unless past-due or unpaid rent amounts are sent to collections or are reported to the credit bureaus.

First Advantage SafeRent
(Formerly U.D. Registry Report - UDR or "Unlawful Detainer Registry")
The First Advantage SafeRent consumer report is a specialty report related to a consumer's criminal, eviction, and tenancy history and is used for rental application screening and related decisions. Consumers who do not rent or have not rented for some time should still review this report to help ensure that another person is not renting or has not rented property in their name.
First Advantage also provides employment screening services for its client companies.
